The dive site “Villa a Protiro” is located within the first nucleus of the Submerged Archaeological Park of Baia, and, like the Pisoni’s Villa, it can be visited by following a contoured route. The marble, the remains of frescoes and a splendid mosaic (tessellatum), enchant the visitor along the way. It is also possible to admire the remains of the thermal baths, with the suspensurae still perfectly preserved.
Remains of marble inlays, amphorae and other artifacts are visible in large numbers throughout the dive.
